The Hotel Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna
The 1873 built Kempinski hotel in Vienna was renovated in 2012 and URSA played a role with delivering URSA GLASSWOOL as a solution for the internal walls.
The 5-star-palais in the heart of Vienna has 152 Guestrooms and two restaurants and is known for its elegant style.

Eco Quartier
The eco-neighbourhood of Seignosse, a municipality in the region of Aquitaine (France), has little less than 2,500 inhabitants.
The Town Council has spent several years working on this project which was devised by the architects Marc Delanne, Jerome Lamaison and landscape designer, Xavier Arbelbide and that has been developed by the company ECCTA Engineering.
This ecological district stands on a six hectare plot and is home to several buildings, mainly a hundred single-family homes for sale and rent.
URSA Hometec and URSA MRK were used for thermal and acoustic insulation of the penthouses and rooftops and URSACOUSTIC Roulé was employed to insulate interior partition walls. These three materials belong to the URSA GEO range.

The impressive building is the new headquarter of Microsoft Germany. The ambitious architecture makes this building an eyecatcher next to cologne harbour.

Technical University of Liberec
The Technical University of Liberec gives education to more than 9000 students — in their new building complex, URSA delivered the product TWP 1 for Internal Wall Insulation.
Bolshoi Theatre
For the 14,000 square meters of acoustic insulation in this impressive building in Moscow, URSA provided PureOne, a white highperformance and fire resistant mineral wool that helps significantly to improve air quality inside buildings where it is installed. The total budget for the rehabilitation project amounts to 20,000 million rubles, about 500 million euros.
Origo Filmstudio Budapest
URSA was appointed for finding a solution to substitute for the «Insul Quilt» insulation material — which is exclusively preferred for the film studios by the American investors as acoustical covering for the internal walls of those large halls, and to be built under the trapeze slabs beneath the ceiling.
The solution proposed was a specific acoustical sound-proof insulation coat, a sewn material.
The layers sewn together by a non-combustible teflon thread successfully passed the qualifying process of ÉMI (Hungarian testing institution), and can boast with the fact getting the non-combustible «A1» qualification as a fleeced material!

Airport Leipzig/Halle -Winter service hall
Two new halls for the machines and snowplows were created on the airport Leipzig / Halle to keep the airport free from snow and ice in winter. Since high loads act on the ground, the construction of the hall floors had to take their special use into account. So URSA XPS was installed under the bottom plate in combination with an underfloor heating.
Urduliz Hospital
In mid-2014, this hospital in Urduliz opened its doors in Vizcaya (Spain), to provide health care to approximately 170,000 people living in 23 municipalities in the region of Uribe Kosta.
This hospital has URSA material in all spaces, as more than 8,000 square metres of URSA AIR Zero In have been installed. This mineral wool blanket, with an absorbent black glass fabric inner facing, allows insulating metallic air conditioning ducts on their inner face. In addition to providing optimum thermal insulation, this product helps to reduce the spread of unwanted noise throughout the duct network thanks to its excellent acoustic absorption properties.
Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel
The Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel, previously Hotel Catalonia Plaza Europa, is located in a skyscraper in LʼHospitalet de Llobregat, Catalonia, Spain. Completed in 2011, the hotel has 26 floors and rises 105 metres. URSA delivered the solution for the air conitioning duct with 10,000 m² of URSA AIR.
